The 20-year-old warehouse attracted "lots of activity" during the listing period, but it took NDK Investments Inc. of southwest Houston to step forward and ultimately make the close, Chris Caudill of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston tells GlobeSt.com.
Anglo-American had owned the property for about seven years and leased it to several tenants. The last tenant moved out about a year ago, according to Caudill.
NDK Investments is a janitorial service that is moving from a nearby leased site along Harwin Street. A.J. Behl of Medi Realty of Houston represented the buyer in the transaction.
