Meredith & Grew, Incorporated ONCOR International vice presidents John A. Carroll, III and David J. Pergola, Jr. assisted Carter Winstanley of Winstanley Enterprises on the transaction. NE Industrial Properties' Stan Burwick represented the tenant, Seranoa Networks.
The venture-capital backed Seranoa Networks has developed patent-pending technologies that help network service providers get more from their edge routers. Pergola emphasizes that the owner wants growing companies, such as Seranoa, in the building. He adds that the ability of Winstanley to provide flexible lease terms makes the location attractive to "young companies" such as Seranoa. "Ultimately," he says, "Seranoa selected 60 Codman Hill because of this flexibility."
The class A, 98,131-sf office/R&D building is located directly on Route 495 at the Route 111 interchange.
