Michael Schiff of NAI Capital Commercial in Westlake Village, who represented the buyers, says the new owner intends to re-sell the center after giving it a newer look.Schiff, who is the listing agent for the sale by the new owner and is also the leasing agent for the property, says it consists of three single-story retail buildings totaling 28,502 sf and one two-story office building totaling 29,748 sf. The center was 97% occupied at the time of the sale and is near the 101 and 23 freeways. Schiff says the new owner has not decided yet whether to offer the property at a specific asking price or to offer it under a "submit best offer" listing.

The seller, which had owned the property since January 1990, was represented by Marty Cohan, Josh Levy and Chris Jackson of Grubb & Ellis.
