NRCC Mortgage of Tustin, Calif. bought a newly completed, 21,336-sf two-story office building at 14 Orchard Road in Lake Forest from Bake Orchard Partners LLC for $3.6 million, according to John Griffin and Trent Walker of Voit.

According to Griffin and Walker, who represented the seller, NRCC occupies the second floor of the building and leases the first floor to Orquis Medical. The buyer was represented by Mike Austin of Sperry Van Ness.

In the Fountain Valley transaction, Pebble Beach, Calif.-based RJM Holdings, a real estate investment company, bought a fully leased, 32,272-sf medical office building at 10900 Warner Ave. from Warner Village Medical Center for $3.6 million. Rob Mitchell and Mike Hefner of Voit represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Mike Ahern of MW Associates.
