Delmia designs and markets digital manufacturing software. Now headquartered in Troy, the company needs for additional office space because of continued growth, Delmia officials say.
John Gordy and Chris Secontine of Signature Associates negotiated the lease for Dwlmia Corp. Doran negotiated on behalf of the building's owner.
Completed in October 2001, Koll Corporate Center is a 120,000-sf class-A office building.
