The firm has signed a three-year lease at the property.
Although terms of the lease were not disclosed, Shawn Ackerman with the Houston office of Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com the asking rent at the property is $4.20 per sf. Ackerman expects building four to lease up quickly as he says the area is very "tight."
Ackerman was joined by fellow Henry S. Miller broker, Darren O'Conor in representing the building owner, Waldo JV of Houston.
Moving north, Braun Enterprises, has also signed a small industrial lease for 2,314 sf at 15955 West Hardy Rd. The 70,000-sf multi-tenant warehouse is located in north Houston near Loop 610 North and the Hardy Toll Road. The 22-year-old industrial building is owned by Kenneth Callaway. Mark Lehman and Chris Kugle with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office negotiated the transaction for both sides.
