Slated to open in the spring of 2003, the new Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will be located in the Crown Bay Condos at 380 K Street. Designed by Carolyn Loughruy of Langford & Associates, the restaurant will encompass 5,800 sf. It will offer prime steaks cut right on the premises, as well as more than 100 wines served by glass. The new restaurant will be Fleming's second location in San Diego, with the original restaurant still operating at The Aventine at La Jolla.
In the recent transaction, landlord Trilogy Management was represented by Bill Shrader of the Burnham Retail Group. Mike Clark of BRE Commercial/NAI's San Diego office acted on behalf of Fleming.
