Acore Door Co. Inc., a division of Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. Inc., hasbeen manufacturing steel doors for nearly 30 years. The door maker relocated operations to Coldwater from nearby Quincy, MI to expand into more space.
Headquartered in Warren, TI Automotive is a global supplier of fully integrated fuel storage and delivery systems as well as fluid carrying systems for braking and power train applications. The company disposed of the Coldwater property as a result of lower capacity requirements.
This transaction represents the fifth sale negotiated by Binswanger/CBB in Branch County. The most recent transaction involved the sale of Branch County's largest manufacturing plant from Walter Heller to Speedrack Products.
