In the neighboring FM 1960 submarket, Noe Gonzales has opened a barber's shop in 1,600 sf at Cypresswood Plaza II, a 46,158-sf center at 18419 Kuykendahl Rd. Ace Schlameus and Jay Kyle, both of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office, negotiated the lease. The center, which is 91% leased, fetches $17.10 per sf gross.
