Robert Graham moves to Woodmont after most recently working as one of a half dozen senior leasing representatives in Chicago-based General Growth Properties' Dallas office. Graham tells GlobeSt.com that the change was made as an inroad to development rather than working primarily on merchandising traditional shopping centers.
Graham is heading up the evaluation process for 12 to 15 project sites that are owned or under contract by Woodmont in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Kansas. The pending projects run the gamut from grocery-anchored centers to big boxes.
Woodmont, Graham says, will be doing some of the projects single-handedly while others carry an equity partner. But for now, the focus is on evaluating the lot's best prospects to see what should roll out first, he says.
Graham's accomplishments include putting together the tenant roster from ground-breaking to grand opening at the 1.6-million-sf Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, TX and re-merchandising Northridge Fashion Center in Southern California after it sustained earthquake damage.
Crescent's Jerry R. Crenshaw Jr. went from senior vice president and CFO to executive VP and CFO. In the last eight years, Crenshaw "played a significant role in all aspects of Crescent's finance and reporting," said John C. Goff, vice chairman and CEO. "Jerry's contributions to Crescent's business objectives and strategies make this promotion well-deserved."
Crenshaw joined the team in 1994, shortly before Crescent Real Estate Equities was formed. He has held such titles as controller, vice president-finance and interim CFO. He has been the REIT's CFO and senior VP since 1999.
