Public Health Institute has signed a six-year lease for24,000-sf of office space at 555 City Center, a 487,000-sf buildingthat was completed in April 2002. The company will occupy theentire tenth floor.

In a separate deal earlier this month, Carol H. WilliamsAdvertising signed a six-year lease for 24,100-sf in thebuilding.

John Dolby, vice president of leasing for Oakland City Center,represented Shorenstein Realty Services in both transactions, whileSid Ewing of CB Richard Ellis represented the Public HealthInstitute and Rick Steffens of Grubb & Ellis represented CarolWilliams.
