The largest lease transaction recorded during that three-monthperiod was with Nestlé Waters North America Inc., a division of theNestlé Group, which leased 55,236 sf at 5 Warehouse Lane inElmsford, NY. The lease included an 18,946-sf expansion for theMack-Cali tenant. The 5 Warehouse Lane building, a 75,100-sfindustrial property located at Elmsford Distribution Center, is89.3% leased.

The largest new lease deals reported by the Cranford, NJ-basedREIT included Fabrication Enterprises Inc.'s new lease for 20,500sf at 3 Westchester Plaza in Elmsford. The deal with the supplierof physical and occupational therapy products brought the 93,500-sfoffice/flex property, to 94.6% leased. Howard Berger of Anson &Berger represented Fabrication Enterprises in the deal. Also,Aramark Uniform and Career Apparel inked a new lease for 16,300 sfat 3 Westchester Plaza. Richard Leroy of Delphi Propertiesrepresented the tenant in the transaction.

Other deals of note during the third quarter included theexpansion lease agreement by Bunge Management Service Inc. at 50Main St., a 309,000-sf office building in downtown White Plains.The international agribusiness and food company signed a 7,000-sflease that brought its total space to 29,165 sf in the building.The 50 Main St. property is now 100% leased. Philip Luria of AustinCorporate Properties represented the tenant in the lease expansiontransaction.
