Along with Clifton's appointment, Passco chief operating officer William Winn announced the promotion of Bonnie A. Geivett from operations manager to asset manager for the company's northern and central regional portfolio.
Passco's portfolio in California comprises more than 3 million sf of retail centers, including Lancaster Commerce Center, a 556,000-sf neighborhood power center in Lancaster; Rolling Ridge Plaza in Chino Hills, Belle Mille Landing in Red Bluff, Rancho Cordova Town Center in Rancho Cordova, and Sierra Vista Plaza in Murrieta.
