Melody Director John Petersen will speak on real estate investment and finance; Mark Barry, principal of his own appraisal firm, will speak on the multifamily market; Bruce Wood, head of Opus Northwest's local operations, will speak on the industrial market, and; Robert MacLellan of Pacific Coast Restaurants will speak on the retail scene.
