The Arlington Business Park Stevenage, will include164,000 sf of offices, 30,000 sf of car showrooms plus retail space, a day nursery and restaurant facilities. There will also be 169,000 sf of industrial/warehouse space in units from 2,000 sf.
Arlington is represented by Strutt & Parker, and Simon Underhill, Head of the firm's National Office Agency team said: "Stevenage has been in need of a high quality business park for many years. The new park, coupled with the redevelopment of the (26-acre BAe Systems site next door, should make this the main business area for the town.
