Insignia/ESG has been retained as leasing agent. Hayman plans on making moderate upgrades to the property and working with Insignia to aggressively market and lease this property.
One Corporate Center is a 120,000-sf office property in Minneapolis' suburban office market. One Corporate Center is approximately 50% occupied, which will allow new ownership leasing upside, the company says.
Hayman, founded in 1965, owns and manages apartments, office, retail and hotels throughout the US.
