The property is at the northeast corner of Sunset Boulevard and St. Andrews Place near Western Avenue on Hollywood's eastern border. The five-building campus includes 18,600 sf of studio and office space.

The buildings served as the production and operational facilities for KWHY, Channel 22, until June 2001, when it was acquired by Telemundo Communications Group. It became vacant and went on the market after Telemundo, which is owned in part by Sony Pictures Entertainment, merged KWHY 22 with its other Southern California Spanish language television station, Glendale-based KVEA 52.

Champion is a developer projects throughout Southern California, including One Westside, a three-story center vertical power center at the corner of Sawtelle Avenue and Olympic Boulevard, and Brentwood Place, a five-story vertical neighborhood center in the exclusive West Los Angeles neighborhood. It has projects under way in Pasadena and San Diego.
