The center's owner is Crow Holdings Industrial Texas Trust. It was represented by Mark Krenger of Travis Commercial Real Estate Services.
Lawyers Title took all of one building, which measures 21,650 sf. Brent Clifton, a broker with his own firm, represented Lawyers Title, which moved into the space a few weeks ago.
Twigland Fashion Ltd., a San Antonio-based operator of the Agaci Too retail stores, leased 22,000 sf in a third building. Krenger tells GlobeSt.com that the company will use the space as its headquarters plus receiving and distributing merchandise. Ryan Smith of Cross & Co. acted for Twigland, which moved from Cherry Ridge Business Center.
