Vic Russo, vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle in Austin, represented the building owner, Maplewood Associates LP, based in Purchase, NY. Chris Bachman of the Austin office of Dallas-based Staubach Co. acted for PlanView.

Russo tells GlobeSt.com that a deal for the remaining 6,000 sf in the building at 8300 N. MoPac Expressway is pending. The PlanView deal took about six months to come together, which he says is typical of the current market.

PlanView plans to move into the building at 8300 N. MoPac Expressway by February 2003. The company, which develops and sells software for managing projects, services and resources, is leaving space at 7320 N. MoPac.

Maplewood also owns Lakewood Center I and II and Plaza on the Lake I and II.
