Jeffrey Giller, managing member of Towbes Capital Partners, says the fund will invest in triple-net-leased office and industrial properties, emphasizing geographic and tenant diversification. Giller says the fund's investment goal will be to provide "secure and growing cash flow" by acquiring properties occupied by quality credit tenants.
Towbes Capital Partners is affiliated with the Towbes Group Inc., a 45 year-old company that owns and manages more than two million sf of commercial real estate and more than 2,000 apartment units. Towbes Group Inc. is a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and property management company.
Michael Towbes, the principal of TGI is also the chairman of the board and sole shareholder of Montecito Bank & Trust, a federally chartered bank.
