The three-story redwood office building that the union acquired is at 134 N. Kenwood St. and served as Lawyers' corporate headquarters since 1986. According to Robert Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield, who along with Brad Feld represented the buyer, Aftra-SAG will move its administrative offices to the Burbank building from its current location at 12711 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City. The non-profit credit union plans to build its fourth branch on a 15,126-sf square-foot parcel of land at 3820 Riverside Drive near the Kenwood Street office building. Its three other branches are in Hollywood, Los Angeles and Studio City.
