The new tenant, eFORCE, is a Hayward, CA-based provider of fixed time and price solutions that stretches the gamut of technological services. The firm also has offices in Dallas and Austin. Ben Sumner of Stream Realty Partners' Dallas office represented eFORCE in the lease.
The firm's new address is a 24-story, 405,480-sf office building. At 95% occupied, the office tower is faring much better than its submarket colleagues, which were averaging about 85% occupancy in the third quarter.
Crescent Real Estate Funding X LP of Fort Worth is the owner of the three-building Post Oak Central complex, which has about 1.3 million sf. Bill Schneidau, Crescent's leasing manager, negotiated the contract.
