At the Dec. 7 auction, the minimum bid is $195,000.
"This is truly an incredible opportunity for anyone wanting a great buy on a luxury residence in a high-rise building with fantastic views, in one of the finest areas of greater Denver," says Jim MacDonnell, executive managing director for Sheldon Good, whose parent company is based in Chicago. "We feel buyers will find tremendous value at a fraction of comparable cost," because of the low opening bid.
The units, with floor-to-ceiling windows, provides views of the park, the Denver skyline and the Front Range mountains, all the way to Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs.
Since it was founded in 1965, Sheldon Good has auctioned more than $8 billion in real estate.
