Mastercool will use the newly acquired building as its headquarters, which are currently located across the street at Two Aspen Drive. In a related move, the company has listed the latter building, which totals 27,410 sf, for sale through Delaware Hudson Realty.
The two buildings are part of a planned business park in the Route 10 corridor in Northern New Jersey. Delaware Hudson Realty has arranged the sale and/or lease of several properties in the park, including the 1995 acquisition of One Aspen Drive by Mastercool.
