He represented the tenant, who was in the market just a short time when it settled on the 117,747-sf building that delivered earlier this year. Building owner, CMC Realty Advisors Inc. of Dallas used its in-house broker Jim Hancock to structure the deal.
In Arlington, Ana-Lab Corp. took 1,014 sf in the 57,600-sf, multi-tenant Lamar East Atrium Building at 1601 E. Lamar. The Kilgore, TX-based environmental testing company, which has four offices in Texas, relocated from 109 W. Randol Mill Rd.
Theron Bryant of SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington represented the building owner, a limited partnership headquartered in Dallas.
