A 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate and finance industry, Moore joined GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. in 1993. Most recently he served as president of its European operations and was previously responsible for GMACCM's worldwide servicing operations and mergers and acquisitions.
David E. Creamer, GMACCH chairman and CEO, says Moore will be involved in increasing awareness of the company's abilities and "facilitate new growth and new customer relationships."
GMACCH and its various business units and subsidiaries provide loan origination and servicing, asset management, investment management, and technology services. Its current servicing portfolio is approximately $160 billion, and its companies operate more than 100 offices worldwide.
