The company's designs include the conversion of privately-owned high-rise hotels into Marriott, Sheraton and Holiday Inn hotels.
Renovations include completely new layouts and looks for the hotels' lobbies, restaurants, banquet rooms and guestrooms. The exteriors will have brick and stone work added to the facade. Also included are new indoor pool/spa/fitness building additions.
The 12-story Chattanooga hotel project, currently the Read House Inc., involves sensitivity to the 1920s historical building.
Construction on the projects is due to be complete in late 2003.
