In the largest of the signings, First Union Insurance, represented by Barbara Gross of Sheldon Gross Realty, committed to 11,500 sf at 499 Thornall St. Also, Xansa, a business consulting firm, took just under 8,000 sf at 70 Wood Ave. The tenant was represented by Ed DaCosta of CB Richard Ellis.

In the other signings, Keystone Insurance, repped by Robert Bull of Julien J. Studley Inc., renewed for just under 5,000 sf at 379 Thornall St. And temp personnel services firm ACSYS, repped by Ryan Bowie of Equis, renewed for just under 3,000 sf at 379 Thornall St.

Within Metropark Corporate Campus, the twin 14-story 379 and 399 Thornall St. buildings, totaling 660,000 sf, are considered to be the flagship properties of Alfieri's three million-sf portfolio. 499 Thornall, meanwhile, totals 265,000 sf and 70 Wood Ave. has 94,000 sf of class A office space.
