ProLogis Park Poznan is on the E30 Highway near Poznan, a gateway to Poland and Eastern Europe. Under two of the leases, ITM Baza Poznanska is leasing 103,279 sf, and Intier Automotive Seating GmbH is taking 48,534 sf. Colliers International and CB Richard Ellis represented ProLogis on these two transactions. Under the third lease, JAS FBG is leasing 12,873 sf, doubling the space it currently leases in the facility for a combined total of 25,747 sf.

ProLogis currently owns one building in ProLogis Park Poznan consisting of 210,057 sf and also leases space in the building to Warkom, a logistics company serving supermarkets throughout Poland.
