Heading the effort for the Morris Plains, NJ-based Weichert Commercial is David M. Fisher, senior vice president and branch office manager of the firm's Central New Jersey office in Piscataway. Fisher has represented Miller Industrial's interests for several years.

The largest of the assets for sale is a 94,000-sf building in Kearny, NJ, currently fully occupied by two tenants. In Union, NJ, meanwhile, a 50,000-sf building leased to a single tenant through January 31, 2006 and a 32,472-sf property leased to a single tenant until January 31, 2005 are both part of the offering. A third building totaling 80,000 sf in Union is currently under contract.

In Newark, finally, the offering includes a 26,000-sf building that is fully leased until March 31, 2005.
