393 Fortune Boulevard is a 64,000 sf, freestanding single story distribution building located in Granite Park. Clarke plans to expand the building, which is located on 7.7 acres. The building will serve as the corporate headquarters, showroom and distribution center for the company.
Christopher Parker of Clarke Distribution says that the space will house the company's warehouse. He adds that early next year his company plans to nearly double the size of the building to 126,000 sf to include a new luxury showroom, offices and training center.
Dunkin' Donuts had previously leased the building to a third party tenant for investment purposes.
