Adams, a 15-year commercial real estate professional, will be working with Advantis/Orlando executive director Jeff McFadden, a former colleague when both worked at Pizzuti Realty Co./Orlando in the 1990s.
Among the properties Adams and McFadden will be leasing are the Taurus portfolio in Central Florida Research Park and the Suntech Commerce Park in suburban Lake Mary, FL.
Prior to working at Carter, Adams handled marketing and business development assignments in the Orlando office of Minneapolis-based Welsh Cos. At Pizzuti Realty, Adams managed day-to-day operations for the full-service firm as well as coordinating marketing and business developing assignments for all divisions.
She holds a BS degree with a major in business administration and a minor in marketing from Orlando College. Adams is a licensed Florida broker and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women and the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida.
