The transaction was reported by Steve Yassky, vice president ofRockland Realty Corp., who served as sole broker in the sale. The42,897-sf building was sold by Samron Realty Co., LLC. Well BreadLoaf had occupied the industrial building for the past 15 years.Rockland Realty officials noted that the baker's ownership changedhands several years ago and last month the firm consolidated itsoperations in Congers to another baking facility in New Jersey.

Baronia Group, LLC is a real estate holding company owned by theprincipals of Flynn Contracting of Blauvelt and Fischer Foods, afood distributor based in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx.Fischer Foods will be relocating to the Brenner Drive property aswill Flynn Contracting, which will be expanding its headquartersoperations with the move to the Congers property, Rockland Realtyofficials note. In total, the two firms expect to expand theircombined workforce from 65 employees to 80 workers in the next fiveyears.

Yassky notes that the two companies plan to begin operations at200 Brenner Drive in the near future. There will be excess spacefor rent ranging from 6,000 sf to 12,000 sf of warehouse space atthe 200 Brenner Drive property.
