Located at 600 17th St., Dominion Plaza features two Class A buildings totaling 572,000 sf feet. The buildings are owned, leased and managed by Chicago-based Equity Office Properties Trust.

"Featherstone DeSisto exemplifies our committed customer base. We are pleased to continue building on our long-term relationship with this successful law firm," says Kim Koehn, Equity Office's senior vice president for the Denver region.

"This expansion and renewal at Dominion Plaza also reflects our commitment to providing the best possible space for our clients with a process that involves the fastest and least cumbersome negotiations," adds Joy Colburn, leasing representative for Equity Office.

Featherstone DeSisto, a law firm, has been a tenant at Dominion Plaza since the firm's inception in July 1996.

Featherstone DeSisto specializes in litigation of complex cases in a wide range of practice areas. The firm's partners combine large-firm backgrounds with the efficiency and flexibility of a smaller office to provide clients with cost-effective representation.

"When we were considering renewing our lease, we took into account our existing relationship with Equity Office, the quality of the space, Dominion Plaza's location near both the federal and state courthouses, and the building's amenities," says partner John DeSisto. "It didn't make sense to move our business, as Dominion Plaza provides us with the professional environment we require."

Doug Wulf of Fuller and Co. represented Featherstone DeSisto. Colburn represented Equity Office.
