The space will be used for offices and warehousing, cutting, knitting, and manufacturing apparel, according to Marc Brutten, CEO of Westcore Industrial Properties, the building owner. Westcore was represented by Jeff Stephens and Brian McLaughlin of CB Richard Ellis, while Cocomo and Volume One were represented by Phoebe Moore of NSD Investments in Los Alamitos.

The new facility is the second location in the Los Angeles area to be occupied by New York-based Cocomo, which has operations elsewhere in L.A. The Bandini Boulevard location is an expansion for the garment firm. Westcore, based in San Diego with a regional office in Los Angeles, was formed in 2000 to acquire, redevelop and expand industrial, flex and R&D properties in the western United States.
