The single-tenant buildings, which stand at 14010 and 14280 Palm Drive, are located in a retail center that is anchored by Von's. They are occupied by Big O Tires and McDonald's, respectively. The 3,000-sf McDonald's facility is the older of the two buildings, as it dates back to 1983. The Big O Tires facility was completed in 1992 and encompasses 4,000 sf.

Southland-based Vlachakis Properties has acquired the retail facilities as part of a 1031 exchange transaction. Both Vlachakis and the seller, Southern California-based DHS I LLC, were represented by a brokerage team from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. The team consisted of Donald Emas, Kevin Boeve and Francis Gonazaga, who are all based in the firm's Ontario office.
