Edwards and Kelcey Inc., a global engineering, design and construction management firm, has renewed its 7,285-sf lease at Bridgewood I at 654 N. Sam Houston Parkway East for its Houston offices. Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio owns the four-story, 135,777-sf suburban office building, which is 89% occupied with lease rates of $15 per sf.
Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips of Houston's PM Realty Group represented the Koll Bren Schreiber in the lease negotiations.
Mills, Shirley LLP, a local law firm, has leased 6,378-sf at One City Centre at 1021 Main St. in Downtown Houston. Chris Oliver of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease. Bonnie Kelley was the in-house representative for the building owners, McCord Development and AEW. One City Centre is a 29-story, 607,625-sf office tower. The building has advertised asking rates of $20 per sf to $23.50 per sf.
