Pitney Bowes of Stamford, CT, leased 10,202 sf for its executive and administrative offices. Phillip Price of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Houston office represented Pitney Bowes.
The second tenant, Texas-based Totally Tubular Lighting Inc., inked a deal for 4,331 sf. The firm, which sells skylights and attic ventilating systems, will use the space for a showroom, offices and warehouse. Chris Paddie of Houston's Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group spoke for Totally Tubular.
Bondeson Business Park features Vantage's signature product of office-tech, office-warehouse and warehouse-distribution space. The project consists of four office-tech structures, each with 91,000 sf; two office-warehouses with 52,775 sf and 80,000 sf; and a 140,000-sf distribution building. Brad Berry handled negotiations for both leases for the building owner, Vantage Cos.
