The prestigious award has been presented by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors for 26 consecutive years. For O'Boyle, it was the fifth time he was nominated. He was selected from a field of four that included Carl Ewert of the Staubach Co.; Steven A. Lieberman of the Weitzman Group; and Michael S. Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. The event, held as usual at the Dallas Museum of Art, was chaired by Staubach's Susan Gwin.
For the last 20 years, O'Boyle has been the managing broker for his own firm, a high-profile wheeler and dealer of multifamily properties. The 21-year professional also has a long roster of community and professional affiliations. He has served on NTCAR's board, including stints as chairman of the membership and sponsorship committees.
