Both of the leases were inked at the 93,250-sf 99 Cherry Hill Rd. (the companion building is 119 Cherry Hill Rd.), with York Insurance Services Group Inc. taking just over 15,000 sf. In the transaction, York nearly doubled its existing presence in the building by taking an additional 7,300 sf on the second floor. The company also extended its lease term for its existing space on the first floor.
In the second transaction, existing tenant CH2M, an engineering firm has relocated its operations within the facility by signing a new lease for just over 11,300 sf. CH2M was represented by both Greenfield LLP and Strategic Alliance Partners in the transaction.
The deals represent "our emphasis on working closely with existing and prospective tenants to help meet their unique occupancy needs," according to Reckson senior vice president and managing director Todd Rechler. The Melville, NY-based firm has its New Jersey regional office in Short Hills.
