Bruce Thomas of Yancey-Hausman will head up the leasing team. Completed in October 2001, the two-building complex has one empty structure and one with a single tenant who occupies 1,000 sf, Thomas tells GlobeSt.com. He takes over the leasing assignment from the owners, Offices of the Millennium LP.
Thomas says he will use mail-outs and other marketing tactics with a focus on the nearby Stafford and Sugar Land office markets. He intends to target medical tenants, primarily physicians and dentists, to fill the office space.
The buildings are situated on slightly more than an acre. Office space is being quoted at 83 cents per sf triple net.
