The firm plans to tap his 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently with Credit Suisse First Boston Realty Corp. and Insignia/ESG. Throughout his career, O'Malley has completed more than seven million square feet of office lease transactions--all in major cities.
He brings with him a client roster that comprises both government and corporate accounts, including Bank of Montreal, Lend Lease Corp., the Bond Market Association and Exodus Communications. John Maher, regional president of Trammell Crow, noted O'Malley's appointment is expected to jumpstart the firm's expansion in the New York City area.
