Progressive Casualty Insurance is the latest in a string of companies to take office space in San Diego County in recent weeks, as Full Spectrum Lending recently signed a lease for 4,500 sf in Chula Vista and Countrywide Home Loan inked an agreement for 5,563 sf in Carlsbad. In addition, the Daley & Heft law firm sewed up a transaction for 13,100 sf in Solana Beach and GMS Realty LLC inked a lease for 12,463 sf in Carlsbad.
