Handling talks for BMS Management were Steve Rocher and Hubert Wen, both with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co.
The 21-story Millennium Tower is a landmark in the Westchase submarket. The 365,955-sf office building is 81% leased. Its quoted rate is $20.50 per sf.
The Houston Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors took 1,831 sf at 3100 S. Gessner, a 135,302-sf, eight-story, mid-rise suburban building. The 63%-occupied building gets $14.50 per sf. Grubb & Ellis' Keith Lloyd in Houston brokered the terms for the tenant.
