"The building is in excellent condition, offers flexibility for a number of small to medium-sized users, has capacity for outside and is situated near major highways including Interstate 95," Dudley notes. According to Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation records, the property carries a 2003 assessed value of just over $2.2 million. JCB had occupied the building itself. The company purchased 10939 Philadelphia Rd. from Rebe Inc. in 1981 for $850,000.
