David Frosh, president of Sperry, is overseeing the national expansion, which has grown from nine regions to over 50 regions in the past 18 months. Alison Jannotta, regional director for Sperry, is responsible for the company's growth.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Champion specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate in Michigan. Before joining Sperry, he served as senior vice president for American National Investments, Inc. He has extensive experience in brokerage, project and property management, consulting and development with a diverse range of projects including land packaging, condominium conversions, self-storage facilities, tax credit properties as well as new residential construction.
Specializing in investment property, Earle has secured transactions valued at more than $350 million during his 30-year career. Before joining Sperry, he served as president of the J.P. Earle Co., which provided commercial investment real estate services. Throughout his career, he has represented numerous clients including Bank of America, Lincoln Property, Trammell Crow and Olen Properties.
