The first task at hand for TCC will be to fill the 86,275 sf that is currently available for immediate occupancy, according to managing director Bob Sklow. Sklow, along with vice presidents Mitchell Katz and Kathleen DeMatteo are handling the assignment.

The building, which is located on an eight-acre site and includes 7,600-sf of built-out office space has direct access to both I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike in Central New Jersey, according to Sklow. Corporate neighbors include John Turano & Sons Inc., Markson Rosenthal & Co., Strato Supply Co., Flavor Innovations International and General Foundries.
