Antler Portfolio Goes to Standard Life

LONDON-Antler Property Investments, the private property investment company, has sold a mixed property investment portfolio to Standard Life Investments for pounds 235 million ($365 million), to reflect a net initial yield of over 7%.

The main assets are SmithKlineBeecham's former headquarters at New Horizon Court, Brentford, West Lonodn; the Bathgate Retail Park near Edinburgh; the Estuary Industrial Park at Speke, Liverpool and Rank Xerox's HQ at Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
