Capital Fleet performs on-site maintenance on trucks that are in service. Love tells GlobeSt.com that the company has about 2,000 sf of built-out office space and about 1,500 sf of warehouse space.
Ferguson Lane Business Park at 1834 Ferguson Lane is to have 62,000 sf in 11 buildings when it is built out, Love says. Five buildings, ranging from 3,500 sf to 91,000 sf have been completed so far. Capital Fleet took part of one of the larger buildings. The business park is just east of Cameron Road and north of US Highway 183.
