Other companies have also decided to make Troy home. TMD Friction has negotiated the lease of the 23,000-sf building at 1035 Crooks. The building will be the European-based firm's automotive technical center.
Also, INA has announced plans to build a new headquarters building in the new Big Beaver Technology Park.
